Conservatives, liberals, revolutionaries and nationalists are different from each other on the basis of ideologies.

1.
Conservatives believed in the preservation of traditional institutions like state and society, monarchy, the Church, social hierarchies, property and the family.

2.Liberalism stood for freedom for the individual and equality of all before the law.Liberalists wanted to establish a constitution and representative government through parliament.


3.Revolutionaries believed in the use of arms or violence in the overthrow of the existing monarchical system.Secret societies were formed to provide training to the revolutionaries.

4.Nationalists believed in unity and had a feeling of patriotism for their motherland.They stressed on the idea of nation-states formation.
