Aerial habitat is the ability of some organisms like birds to leave in the air above the Earth's surface.

Aerial adaptation in birds are following:-

  1. Their bodies are streamlined to overcome the registers of air while flying.
  2. They have hollow bones which are filled with air to reduce weight and support flight.
  3. They have a lightweight beak instead of jaws.
  4. Their forelimbs are modified into wings.
