WHAT ARE ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ENERGIES INVOLVED IN A SWINGING PENDULUM IS IT CONSTANT? IF SOW HOW ? AND WHAT ARE THE DIRECTION OF DIFFERENT FORCES ACTING

When a pendulum swings at extreme points it has onlt Potential Energy not Kinetic. and at mean position it has only Kinetic Energy.But between these two positions it has both types of Energy i.e. Kinetic as well as Potential.So its Total mechanical energy remains constant.The forces involved in it is the weight of bob directed downward and Tension in string .
