Solution

DNA base:

  1. The Watson-Crick base pairing asserts that DNA is made up of four bases: adenine (A), thymine (T), cytosine(C), and guanine (G).
  2. Two pyrimidines, cytosine and guanine, and two purine basis adenine and thymine.
  3. Inside the DNA molecule, A only bonds with T, and C only bond with G.
  4. Thymine is replaced by uracil in RNA (U).
