What are biotic and abiotic components of the ecosystem?

Living organisms make the biotic components of any ecosystem. These include organisms like plants, animals, humans, bacteria etc.
Whereas, temperature, water, and soil are abiotic components. They are the non-living factors in an ecosystem. As a part of an ecosystem, these factors or components do affect the living things in it, but they are not living themselves.
