Solution

Determining the composite numbers.

Whole integers that would not be prime called composite numbers i.e. they are divisible by at least one number other than 1 and number itself.

The smallest composite integer is 4, whereas the smallest odd composite number is 9. Besides 1, every natural number is either a prime or a composite number. Here are some instances of composite numbers:

8 :Factors of 8 are1,2,4,8

12 :Factors of 12 are 1,2,3,4,6,12

15 :Factors of 15 are1,3,5,15

34 :Factors of 34 are 1,2,17,34

The above examples are composite as it as factors other than 1 and number itself.

Hence, the composite number is divisible by at least one number other than 1 and the number itself.
