Conductors: Materials that allow heat to pass through them easily are called good conductors of heat.
Examples: copper, iron,mercury,silver, and aluminium etc.

Insulators: The materials which do not allow heat to pass through them easily are Insulators or poor conductors of heat.
Examples: plastic, rubber,wood, and glass etc.
