  • Conflict of interest can take place between the people and government. For example: a law made by the government may seem unfair to people and they can approach the court for justice.
  • The Judiciary supports the government to implement social justice and equality. For example: by bringing the weaker sections of society like women, children, differently - able to the mainstream of the society.
  • The widening of democracy takes place when a common man benefits from values of freedom, equality and justice.
  • The law treats everyone equally irrespective of rich, poor, men and women.
