Solution

Determining cube and cube roots.

The cube of a number is that number raised to power 3. Thus, if 2 is a number, then the cube of 2 is 23=8.

The cube root of a number is x that number whose cube gives x. We denote the cube root of xby x=x3.

OR

The inverse procedure of finding the cube is to discover the cube root. We know that 33=27. We may alternatively express is 273=3. The symbol 3 represents ‘cube root.’

Hence, A cube is a platonic solid with square faces on all sides, and A cube root is a number in which the component that we multiply by itself three times to produce that number.
