Solution

  1. ‘Lubb’ and ‘Dupp’ are the sounds of the heart. ‘Lubb’ sound is produced by the ventricle- contraction. It arises due to closing of mitral and tricuspid valve.
  2. ‘Dupp’ is produced by ventricular diastole. This arises due to the closing of the semi-lunar valves of two auricles.
