Jacob's syndrome:

  1. Jacob's syndrome, often known as XYY syndrome, is a chromosomal condition in which males have an additional Y chromosome.
  2. It's also known as the XYY karyotype.
  3. Some of the symptoms include tall stature, weak muscles, learning disabilities and speech problems, infertility, etc.
  4. Those who are fertile produce offspring with normal XY karyotype.

Some changes in physical features include:

  1. Flat feet
  2. Large teeth
  3. Weak muscle tone
  4. Slightly larger head size
  5. Delayed development of motor skills

Other signs of the syndrome may include autism, mental depression, mood swings, and anxiety.
