Symptoms of a bad heart:

  1. Shortness of breath particularly when we lie down or exert ourselves.
  2. Chest pain, especially a heavy sensation in your chest indicative of heart failure caused by a heart attack.
  3. Fatigue and irregular heartbeats.
  4. Swelling of the legs, ankles, and feet (also known as edema).
  5. Tickling around arm, hands, and chest.
  6. Persistent urge to urinate (also known as polyuria).
  7. Unexplained rapid weight gain.
