Cytoplasm:

  1. The cytoplasm is the thick solution that fills each cell and is enclosed by the cell membrane.
  2. Cytoplasm comprises water, salts, proteins, and the organelles present in the cell.

Nucleus:

  1. Nucleus membrane-enclosed organelle within a cell that contains the chromosomes.
  2. The nucleus is responsible for carrying out cell replication and division.
