1. Dominant Autosomal:

2. Recessive Autosomal:

  1. Females are more commonly impacted.
  2. Males and females in the same generation may be impacted.

4. X-linked Recessive:

  1. Males are more commonly impacted.
  2. Affected men are frequently seen in each generation.

5. Mitochondrial:

  1. Can affect both men and females, but only females pass it on.
  2. Can occur in any generation.
