Solution

Human body:

  1. The physical component of the human organism, the human body is made up of extracellular and live cells and is divided into many tissues, organs, and systems.

7 levels of organization in the human body

Molecules:

  1. The smallest component of a substance possesses both its chemical and physical characteristics.
  2. One or more atoms make up molecules.

Organelles:

  1. Inside cells, organelles are specialized structures that carry out a variety of tasks.
  2. Organelles provide specialized functions to keep a cell alive in a similar way that organs like the heart, liver, stomach, and kidneys do to keep an organism alive.

Cells:

  1. The smallest unit in biology that can sustain life on its own and makes up all living things as well as the body's tissues.
  2. The cell membrane, the nucleus, and the cytoplasm are the three primary components of a cell.
  3. The substances that enter and leave the cell are governed by the cell membrane, which encloses the cell.

Tissues:

  1. A collection of cells with similar structures and functions is referred to as tissue.
  2. The spaces between the cells are filled with a nonliving substance known as the intercellular matrix.
  3. There might be a lot of this in some tissues and not much in others.

Organs:

  1. Organs are recognizable parts of the body that carry out particular tasks, such as the heart, lungs, liver, eyes, and stomach.
  2. Multiple types of tissue and hence multiple types of cells make up an organ.

Organ systems:

  1. A group of organs that cooperate to carry out one or more functions is known as an organ system in biology.
  2. Each organ in a plant or animal body plays a specific purpose and is formed of unique tissues.

Human organism:

  1. Eleven organ systems make up the human body.
  2. These include the integumentary system, skeleton, muscle, nervous system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system, respiratory system, digestive system, urinary system, and reproductive system (Female and Male).
