There are many ways in which people express their views and make governments understand what actions they should take. These include:
(i) Dharnas, rallies, strikes, etc.
(ii) Discussing and criticising the government's actions through newspapers, TV, magazines etc.
(iii) Not choosing the same government for the second term.
