advantages of democracy :
1. People elect their representative
2. There is freedom of speech, equality etc
3. People decide wether ruling party should be in power.
4. Democracy values human rights

Disadvantages of democracy:
1. People are not given the choice to their leaders.
2. People do not enjoy freedom of speech or other basic rights.
3. People are considered as subjects.
