What are the causes and symptoms of malaria, chickenpox and tuberculosis? How can these diseases be prevented?

i) Name of the disease- Malaria.
Causative agent Plasmodium.
Symptoms- High fever, chills. profuse sweating, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, body pain, severe headache.
Preventive measures- Avoid mosquito bites using mosquito repellents and nets. Prevent the stagnation of water around human settlements.
ii) Name of the disease- Chicken pox.
Causative agent Varicella zoster.
Symptoms- Rashes on the back, arms, face, legs, and head.
Preventive measures- Vaccination with live attenuated vaccines having Varicella zoster to children helps in active immunization.
iii) Name of the disease- Tuberculosis
Causative agent Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Symptoms Afternoon fever, persistent cough, weight loss, blood in mucus, chest pain, fatigue.
Preventive measures- BCG vaccination.
