What are the chances that a son will have haemophilia if his father is haemophilic and his mother is normal?
Haemophilia-
It is the X-linked condition in which blood cannot clot if a person is injured because of the absence of a clotting factor VIII.
Chances that a son will be haemophilic:
There is no chance that a son will be haemophilic if his father is haemophilic because a father passes only the Y chromosome to a boy and the X chromosome to a girl so only girls are affected if a father is haemophilic.
