Gay Lussac's law:- According to this law when gases react, they do so in volumes which bear a simple ratio to one another and to the volume of gaseous product, provided that all the volumes are measured at the same temperature and pressure.

Conditions required:-

  1. Same temperature:- While measuring the volumes, all the gases must be at the same temperature according to Gay Lussac's law.
  2. Same pressure:- In order to measure the volumes, all the gases must be at the same pressure also according to Gay Lussac's law.

Final answer:- The conditions required to measure the volumes of gases in Gay-Lussac's law are same temperature and same pressure.
