What are the differences between facilitated diffusion and active transport??

Facilitated diffusion means the diffusion across the concentration gradient.Diffusion takes place from higher concentration to the lower concentration.Energy is not needed in this process.
In Active transport ,movement of particles occurs against the concentration means ,from lower concentration to higher concentration.so this need energy in the form of ATP.
