There are majorly two sources of recruitment namely:-
1. Internal sources:- Best employees can be found out within the organizations. They are well trained and skill oriented. When a higher post is given to a skilled employee, it motivates the other employees to work much efficiently. Some of the ways of internal sources are:- Transfers, Promotions etc.
2. External Sources:- External sources helps the organization in getting new innovative talents that are not available within the organization. The ways of external sources are:-
Advertisement:- By posting advertisements in newspaper and other job boards, eligible candidates can be called on interview platform.
Employment Exchanges:- By registering the requirements with reputed employment exchanges about the position available and eligibility of the candidate , the company can recruit some of the talents.
Campus Hiring:- Company according to their needs can approach various schools,colleges and universities can hire some of the young and emerging talents.
Referrals:- Existing employees working in the organization can be asked for some recommendations of the eligible candidates they have in their circle for any open positions.
