What are the disadvantage of using fossil-fuel?

(i) Fossil-fuel is non-renewable if used at current rate they will last for few years (e.g., coal for 200 years and petroleum for 40 years from now).(ii) Burning of fossil fuel causes air pollution due to release of oxides of sulphur and nitrogen.
