a. Besides rainfall, there are many other factors that impact population density.
b. Uneven land, hilly tracts, inhospitable terrain and lack of fertile soil results in moderate population density,
c. For instance, Assam receives moderate to heavy rainfall, as some regions experience low, moderate rainfall whereas some experience heavy which in fact contributes to moderate population density.
