What are the factors affecting buoyant force?
Buoyancy, or upthrust, is an upward force exerted by a fluid that opposes the weight of a partially or fully immersed object.
The following factors affect the buoyant force:
(i) the density of the fluid ()
(ii) the volume of the object immersed in the liquid. (V)
(iii) The local acceleration due to gravity (g)
