Vasopressin or Antidiuretic hormone: In kidney tubules it increases reabsorption of water.
Oxytocin: They exert their effect on the muscles of uterus which helps in the contraction of smooth muscles of uterus at the time of child birth and milk ejection from mammary gland after child birth.
