Open in App
Solution

Symbiotic relationship may be defined as the habitual living together of organisms belonging to different species. For example symbiotic relationship exist between leguminous plants and the nitrogen-fixing bacteria. The organisms of this relationship converts the atmospheric nitrogen present in the surrounding environment into ammonia to fulfill the basic requirements of plants and also helps the soil to gain its fertility. Thus the farmers are then not required to use the fertilizer or any other process to provide the fertility to the soil.
