What are the objectives of the Tenth Five Year Plan?

The objective of tenth five year plan are as follows:-

(i) The first and foremost objective is to increase the enrollment in higher education of the $18$ to $23$ years age group from the present $6$% to $9$% by end of the plan period.

(ii) The plan focuses on increasing access, quality, adoption of states-specific curriculum modification, vocationalisation, and networking on the use of information technology.

(iii) The plan also focuses on distant education, the convergence of formal, non-formal, distant, and IT education institutions.
