The correct option is D 52 and 76
Step 1 : Keep Absolute value expression on one side and rest of the terms on the other side of the equation.

|4x+6|+2=2x+3
|4x+6|=2x+1

Step 2 : Open the Modulus :
When, we open the mod , we get two different equations
4x+6=2x+14x+6=(2x+1)
Now, solve each equation, to get a value of x
4x+6=2x+14x+6=(2x+1)2x=54x+6=2x1X=526x=7X=76
