Precautions to maintain good personal hygiene:
1) Taking walk in fresh air.
2) Taking bath every day. Wearing clean clothes.
3) Stay away from bad habits like consumption of tobacco and alcohol.
4) Washing hands before and after meal, after using toilet.
Precautions taken for nutritional needs of adolescents:
1) Avoid eating junk food.
2) Add different kind of food items to your meal. Include green vegetables, milk products and pulses to the diet.
3) Add fruits to the diet.
4) Drink plenty of water.
