What are the similarity between homogeneous and heterogeneous?

Similarities:
1-Both are mixtures. A homogeneous mixture has a uniform composition throughout its mass whereas a heterogeneous mixture has a non- uniform composition.
2-The constitutes of both the mixtures act chemically independent of each other, but the physical properties of one may effect the physical properties of the other.
