What are the structural differences between hepatic vein and hepatic portal vein?

Hepatic vein is the blood vessel responsible for the transport of deoxygenated blood of the liver and also the blood filtered by liver.
Hepatic portal vein is the blood vessel responsible for conduction of blood from gastrointestinal tract and spleen to liver.
Basic structural difference between hepatic vein and hepatic portal vein is the presence of semilunar valves. Semilunar lunar valves are present in hepatic veins while these are absent in hepatic portal vein.
