What are the symptoms and treatment of protozoan diseases??

There is no specific symptoms and treatment for protozoan disease, it depends upon which kind of protozoan disease a person is infected with:-
Protozoan disease symptoms:-
1) Malaria- ​Initial manifestations of the disease are similar to flu-like symptoms.The symptoms may include headache, sweating, fever. Keeping mosquito population under control can prevent the disease.
2) Leishmaniasis- ​The symptoms of leishmaniasis include skin sores. It can be prevented by using nets and insecticides to avoid insect bites.
3) Cryptosporidiosis- Diarrhoea, stomach pains, fever, vomiting, dehydration are the symptoms. ​Cryptosporidium is inactivated by chlorine dioxide, Ultraviolet light, ozone treatment.
4) ​Chagas disease- It is ​caused by the protozoan Trypanosoma cruzi. Symptoms include ​ include fever, fatigue, muscle pain, headache, loss of appetite, diarrhoea and vomiting.​ Decreasing insects that spreads it and decreasing their contact with humans.
