Crust, Mantle and Core are the three layers of earth.
Crust is the thinnest, the upper most layer, extends up to 35 km. It is fragile and prone to earthquake.
Mantle is the middle layer, lying between core and crust. It consists of a molten semi-liquid layer. It extends approximately 2500 km.
Core is the innermost layer that is extended to 3500 km. It consists of iron which is the source of Earth's magnetic field.
