  • We see objects only when light from the object falls on our eye. [1 mark]
  • For non luminous objects (like table, book etc) to be visible, there has to be an external source of light whose light falls on the object and then gets reflected back to our eyes. [1 mark]
  • Therfore, we will require external source of light to see an object with our eyes. [1 mark]
