Convergent Plates : When two plates converge, they form folding of the land forms that results in the formation of Fold Mountains. E.g. Himalayas.
Divergent Plates : When two plates diverge, they form gaps and fissures between the two land forms. E.g. African Rift Valleys.
Transform Boundary Plates : When two plates just passes touching each other, both the land shake due to this. It results in Earthquake in the nearby areas. E.g. San Andreas Fault in California.
