  2. There are two points in a temperature scale an upper fixed point and a lower fixed point.
  3. In a Celsius scale the lower fixed temperature is 00c and the upper fixed temperature is 1000C.
  4. In the case of the Kelvin scale the lower fixed temperature is 273k and the upper fixed point is 373k.
  5. In the case of the Fahrenheit scale the lower fixed point is 320Cand the upper fixed point is 2120C.
