Public Auction: It is a method of privatisation, used with a view of obtaining the highest sale price for the privatised property.

Transfer of Control in State or Municipally Controlled Enterprises: This method is applied for the privatisation of State or municipally controlled enterprises only if the shares of such an enterprise were not successfully privatised
