As per the process of waste segregation, there three types of dustbins for garbage collection.

1. Yellow coloured bins are meant for the disposal of papers and glass bottles only.

1. Blue coloured bins are meant to dispose of all plastic wrappers, food packages, plastic tins, plastic bottles, etc.

1. Green coloured bins are meant to dispose of wet and biodegradable wastes, including all kitchen wastes, leftover foods, vegetables and fruits scrapings, flowers, rotting vegetables and fruits, tea bags, and other organic debris.
