Since ABCD is a parallelogram, AB || CD
⇒ ∠CDB = ∠ABD and ∠CBD = ∠ADB  (Alternate interior angles)

Hence, 3y = 2x  ————(i)
And x + y = 50°  ——————- (ii)
Solving equation i and ii, x = 30°, y = 20°.
