Dear Student, Vacuoles are the non- cytoplasmic area present in the cytoplasm. They are present in both plant and animal cells but vacuoles present in plant cells are larger than animal cells. They store store and other nutrients. Differentiated cells are those which becomes specilaized to perform their specific functions, whereas undifferentiated cells are those which are not yet specialized. Thank You!
