Weeds:

  1. These are defined as the unwanted and uncultivated plants in crop fields which grow along with the main crop.
  2. They are very strong and dominating competitors for crops in the fields.
  3. Weeds, feed on the nutrients provided to the crops and thus reduce the supply of nutrients to the crops, thereby, limiting their growth.

Examples: Bermuda grass, Cannabis.
