What are zeros of polynomial ?

Zeros of a polynomial P(x) is value of x for which P(x) is zero.
For example P(x)=x2+2x+1
If we substitute x = -1 then we will get P(-1) = 0.
So -1 is zero of polynomial x2+2x+1
