\(y = 2 {x}^{2} + bx + c\)
As $a > 0$, the graph of given quadratic expression must be upward (cup) shaped.
So, the possible shape of the graph is:

Note that if $a < 0$ in \(a{x}^{2} + bx + c\), graph will look be a downward parabola(cap) shaped.
