Changes were:
(a) Most industries and banks were nationalised in November 1917.
(b) Land was declared social property.
(c) In cities, Bolsheviks enforced the partition of large houses according to family requirements.
(d) Banned the use of the old titles of aristocracy.
(e) New uniforms were designed for the army and officials.
Or
Five measures are:
(i) After acquiring power, Hitler set out to dismantle the structure of democrat rule.
(ii) The Fire Decree of 28th February 1933 suspended the civic rights like freedom of speech, press and assembly.
(iii) Then he packed off the communists to newly established concentration camps.
(iv) On 3rd March 1933, the famous Enabling Act was passed which established dictatorship. It gave him all powers to sideline Parliament.
(v) All political parties and trade unions were banned. He controlled media, army and judiciary.
