Benadryl is having functional group of amine at the end, Diphenhydramine is the chemical present in Benadryl (brand). It is used to treat mainly allergic reaction of bee stings (or) hay fever (in simple an anti-histamine) and also used as sedative (or) sleep aid.

Secondary amine group is present in Benadryl.
