The correct option is B 1,2,1,2
First balance the element which is more respective. Here, Oxygen appeared 3 times. First balance it.
Write 2 before O2 such that 4 Oxygen atoms are available on left side. But, only 3 make it by writing 2 before H2O. Oxygen are balanced.
With this co-efficient, all elements are balanced.
