Conditions necessary for proper Germination of seeds are -

1. Suitable Temperature
Plants grow well in Temperature ranges from 25 - 30 degree C. Also, seeds will not grow if the temperature is too cold or too hot.

2. Water (Moisture)
Too much or water may also be harmful. So, optimum water is required for germination of seed.

3. Air (Oxygen)
It is required for respiration and other physiological activities.

4. Sunlight
Seeds show variations in dependency of light. So, some seeds need light to germinate while others do not.
