Italy faced a great econominc crisis on account of the huge expenditure incurred on the war .There was economic distress in the country. When Mussolini became the dictator of the country, he established peace and order in the country. He took several steps to improve economical condition of Italy.

He made changes in industrial field. He made industries free from strike epidemics. The "Charter of theLabour" issued by him provided great relief to the workers.
