The correct option is A First sound is heard with a higher pitch.
Speed (v) of the wave is the product of frequency (f) and wavelength (λ),

v=f×λ

Since speed of 1st and 2nd sound is the same,

v1=v2

f1×λ1=f2×λ2

λ1=3.9
λ2=1.3

f1f2=1.33.9=3

As f1 is 3 times of f2, first sound is pitched higher than the second one.
